I’m a therapist and I’m tired of being the band-aid.

I see the cracks in our systems every day.
The system is not broken: it was built this way. And we need something entirely different.
I refuse to believe this is the best we can do. There has to be more.
Move with Love is a movement reclaiming care beyond what insurance and institutions define.

We believe in community care, alongside clinical care.We honor the wisdom found in Eastern medicine, Ayurveda, holistic and naturopathic traditions, herbalism, and the sacred ways of healing that exist beyond Western frameworks.
Community moves faster than policy. So we’re organizing: artists, educators, therapists, doctors, business owners, advocates, and goverment leaders.
